- Yes. There is no membership fee to apply or to become an approved partner.
- Do I need a minimum number of properties?
- No. You can apply with one property. Preferred pricing tiers require a minimum number of qualifying, paid cleanings.
- Are priority appointments guaranteed?
- No. Partner requests receive priority consideration. Appointment availability depends on the schedule, location, and scope.
- Can I book one-time cleaning?
- Yes. One-time projects and recurring arrangements are both accepted. Preferred rates depend on eligibility.
- Can discounts be combined with other promotions?
- No. Partner pricing cannot be combined with first-time customer discounts, referral credits, or other promotional offers.
- Can my clients book directly with you?
- Yes. Clients can request a cleaning directly. Those bookings are quoted separately and do not automatically use your agency's preferred rate.
- Do realtors receive referral commissions?
- No. This program is cleaning benefits, agency-booked services, and coordination. It does not pay referral commissions.
- How do I qualify for the preferred discount?
- Preferred pricing starts after the required number of qualifying cleanings is completed and paid in the same calendar month: property managers 5 for 15% off, realtors 2 for 10% off, and home stagers 3 for 10% off. The discount applies to later eligible bookings in that month, not retroactively.

- Partner applications are subject to approval.
- Preferred pricing applies only to eligible standard cleaning services with a minimum cleaning value of $150 before discounts.
- Volume is counted from completed, paid qualifying services within the calendar month.
- Property managers: 15% off after 5 qualifying cleaning services.
- Realtors: 10% off after 2 qualifying cleaning services booked and paid by the agency.
- Home stagers: 10% off after 3 qualifying cleaning services.
- Discounts apply only to later qualifying bookings in the same calendar month after the threshold is reached. Discounts are not retroactive.
- Deep cleaning, post-construction cleaning, add-ons, and specialty services may be priced separately.
- Priority scheduling is subject to availability and does not guarantee same-day or next-day appointments.
- Partner pricing cannot be combined with referral rewards, first-time customer discounts, or other promotions. Benefits may be revised for future bookings with advance notice.
