A rough clean happens while trades are still finishing: debris, dust on floors, and a first pass so the next trade can work. A final clean happens after sanding and painting are done: detail dust, glass, fixtures, and floors. Book the final clean only after heavy sanding has stopped, or the dust returns the same day.

- Yes, if the work zone can be separated. We protect finished rooms and do not move tools that trades still need.
- Is this included in a move-in clean?
- No. Move-in cleaning assumes a finished empty home. Construction dust, stickers, and debris are priced as post-construction.

- Central Florida projects are the regular schedule. Farther Florida sites are accepted when the crew, dump plans, and timing are confirmed on the quote.
